happy (almost) 2013!!

2012 has gone past pretty quick and it's been an emotional roller coaster and stressful, stressful year.

really too lazy to find photos and I don't have much time anyway, about 1 hour to the new year.

so, here goes.

to 456 (af, rach, jill, leah, lin, jamie, becky, cher, jam): i love you all. you guys have been my constant pillar of support this year and no matter what schools we go to next year, we must must must meet up and hang out still!!! 456 forever <3 <3 <3

to bink: sup clique buddy!!!!! love you lotssss these past four years and just really thankful for a friend like you especially during the ~dark~ days end of last year. hope that next year whatever school you go to you'll be happy and we'll still catch up ok!! <3 <3 <3

to jade: hellooooo heh I know we've had our bumpy rides the past few years since sec 2 but I'm glad we've conquered the fights and still are pretty close. thank you for always cheering me up and doing stupid and retarded things with me till the wee hours in the morning and just yesss love you and thank you for always listening to my stupid stories and whiney self. <3 <3 <3

to justin and nas: y'all come as a pair, yes. thank you for being the younger brothers I never had, and to J, especially for tolerating my nonsense and pms and yeah. love you both very much (and Nas, i love your little brother too)

2012 has been insane, lost friends, met the churchies and completed o levels.

but it's all almost over and I'm ready for 2013.

been really lazy to blog lately, probably because I don't have any photos and I don't wanna ramble on and on 

anyway, life has been prettttty boring in the past few weeks (probz 2 but idr)

but i have 

1 - finally received my iPad!!!!! been reading a lot on it because I haven't gotten my nanoSIM yet 

2 - slept over at leah's for fun with becky

3 - started on BBT S6 and new girl S2

went out with jade and justin (J&J KIDZ) yesterday, planned to watch Skyfall but by the time we got to Lido it was sold out so we ended up watching Hotel Transylvania, which was really not that bad. dinner after the movie @ seoul garden hotpot, and then took a bus back with them where Justin wouldn't stop bugging me every 5 minutes for my phone/ipad because his phone died and he had nothing to do on the bus (only saying this on my blog because I doubt he reads this anyway) 

 

today I woke up at ~11 and had lunch and then headed out to cut my hair!!!!!! 

I don't really know if I like it yet but I guess I do because change is good and I will post a photo soon when my hair decides to look nice (tmr, or smth)

in other news, finally meeting up with the bestest ever tomorrow (or today, since it is 12:40) for a movie and dinner which i'm mega excited about because we haven't seen each other since February so yes super super excitez. 

also, my iPad mini cover is here wheeee took like 2 days to arrive!!!!! now for my iPad to arrive (tq mummy and jiejie) can't wait!!!!

watched pitch perfect with sab rach jill af claud nut and becky after physics, then walked around town till 3 and took a bus to rach's to shower before leaving for joyce's to help her for prom!!!!!

had dinner at lot1 before going to church for dusk2dawn!!!!! 9 hours of movies oh man kept falling asleep during avengers and watched the whole of the lorax (which was rly good) and slept through most of how to train your dragon and real steel....left church at 6-ish and cabbed home. 

spent the entire day sleeping and watching videos/shows and now i'm skyping w jade. mega excited for tmr!!!!!!!

oh yes went out for dinner with her on thursday night, 'twas good catching up!!

shopped with jam lin rach cher and jill on monday, bought a pair of (fake) raybans on impulse, a turban of some sort from hm and MY PROM SHOES!!!!!!

and I'm pretty happy about them even though we got ripped off....sob.

also I'm too lazy to take a photo of the turban thingy I got and I can't find it on the hm website so yes it just looks like a turban and it's dark turquoise that's all! (also thx jam even tho you'll never see this)

PROM SHOEEESSSS AHHHH super super glad I got them $20 off or else I wouldn't have gotten them....I actually saw another pair that I really wanted but there was only size 40 left so I started looking around and saw the perfect pair, pretty high but it's comfy to walk in so it's all good.

cher and jill bought their dresses too and I'm so excitezzzz for prom idek why I am because it'll probably be quite boring but so excited to party with the class~*~*~

feeling very blessed this weekend. inexplicable feeling i guess.

 

o's end in exactly 5 days and I am super excited because probably gonna catch a movie with af, sab + whoever, then head to joyce's with rach to help her for prom and then to church for dusk2dawn woohoo!!

 

then sleepover at jade's on sunday to start our ~*project*~ and sister will be back on the 20th!!!!! mega excited because can finally shop with both my mom and sis (aka ATM x2) because sis says she will buy me birthday present when she gets back + i have yet to buy prom shoes (probs buy when i'm out with claud)

 

ALSO I finally started on 90210 this week and I would just like to say that Liam and Annie are my OTP so if Liam actually ends up with Silver I will be so bitter (sigh only Jam will understand my anger). Don't really know if I should start on GG because it's so draggy and ridiculous......*SPOILER ALERT* Bart is still alive and the man Serena is dating is the father of Nate's girlfriend (WHAAAAAT) But it's only ten episodes I'll probably eventually watch it.

I think half the reason this is my third post in five days is because I'm really, really bored.

Also, I just finished watching Dream High and I feel sad THIS IS WHY I HATE WATCHING KDRAMAS I GET SO SAD AFTER WATCHING THEM BECAUSE ALL THEIR ENDINGS SUCK.

ANYWAY today was the Chinese paper and it was kinda okay i guess and also Mr Ho instructed us to "unpeel the sticker" I was really confused like wtc bro so do we detach the sticker or leave it there!?!?

I AM JUST REALLY SUPER DUPER BORED WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO DO IN LIFE NOW (while waiting for 90210 to finish loading)

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND THIS BOREDOM I HAVE WAITED FOR THIS FREEDOM FOR THE LONGEST TIME EVER NOW THAT ITS HERE I DON'T EVEN WANNA DO ANYTHING BUT SLEEP

I have also been addicted to Anipang (its like animal bejeweled) seriously haha I even played it in between P1 and P2 today..... 

and my internet is being annoying again i hate that the new one isn't gonna work till next week -___-

Also I have spent the last three days catching up on shows and sleeping late and I wake up every morning thinking why I stayed up so late the previous night...

In other news I AM GETTING AN IPAD MINI!!!!!! Something I'm superrrrr excited about because I wanted an kindle/nook originally but now that the iPad Mini is out my mom says I should get it instead!!! 

Will get it after MCQ papers since the WiFi + Cellular models aren't available but aaammigaaaad look at this beauty!!!!!!!!!!!

Also, I've realised I haven't blogged about graduation day.

anyway, four years in st margs have come to an end and I have to say I've enjoyed myself so much despite my occasional grumbles about the security guard (NTS i should blog about the security guard incident soon) these past four years has been amazing and i'm gonna miss the canteen food the most (idk why butttttt argh yongtaufoo + malay food 5eva) 

REALLY GLAD THAT I'M OUT OF SECONDARY SCHOOL THOUGH, EXCITED FOR THE FUTURE!!!!

first post in 1.5 months and Os are 80% over!!!

left with MT next wednesday and chem/phy mcq on the 15th and 16th but Os are pretty much over :)

Went to catch perks with becky bianca and jill yesterday after lit paper 1 + 2 and it was...idk I honestly expected it to suck so I guess it didn't really suck as much as I thought it would. H&M after the movie and I really really love my friends sighpieeeee so what happened was that I saw this really adorable and slouchy sweater that looked really comfortable but obviously I decided not to buy it because the price tag (S$39.90) was pretty ridic and I knew I would wear it many times but I figured if I brought some thing new home my mom would be all mehhh so I decided not to buy it. HOWEVER my lovely friends bianca and jill (and becky for helping them) decided that it would be a good idea to buy it for me for my belated birthday present so when we met outside H&M (I was with Becky choosing her sister's birthday present but she bought her something from Smiggle anyway ahahhahaha) they surprised with the sweater!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! LOL SERIOUSLY I WAS LIKE ASJHDWHJHJSHJDSJHDJW GUYS and after I got home I tried it on immediately and it's incredibly comfortable. blessed :)

so after all the excitement I felt we decided to go to 313 and then after that took a bus down to KAP to meet nas and jade to surprise justin for his belated birthday!!!! surprise kinda failed because his maid kept shouting justin's name and then he woke up so he was like "HAHAHAHAHA I COULD HEAR YOU GUYS" but yes anyway hung out and talked and played telepathic games and bridge and learned how to play hearts (lost anyway) and then his mom drove us to bt market for dinner!!!!

yesterday was a good day
watching wild child on dvd now, spending the rest of my afternoon doing nothing and church at night!
going to leah's tmr!!! :D

I'M BACK WHAT UP (hi leah my only reader)

I haven't posted in 5 weeks but yeah prelims are over! I guess I shouldn't be feeling this happy because O's aren't actually over yet, 57 days to go though ^___^

So the past five weeks have actually been pretty busy with all the studying and partying, also haven't used my cameras in awhile sigh. Just gonna post a whole lot of Instagram photos since I've been using my phone a lot more these days!

from jade's birthday party - last week

yes I finally turned sixteen around a week ago and it was very good birthday even though I had to study ^_^

friday 07/09 - 456 came over and mom cooked spaghetti for lunch and we all just squeezed in my tiny bedroom and hung out. It was rly nice sigh I love you all especially for the pink uke (especially you Leah, sneaky girl haha) Everyone started leaving one by one and by 5pm it was just jam rach lin leah and I (adventure gang woohoo) and lin + rach were just watching cute uk youtubers and then idk what happened but we all ended up playing taiti. After everyone left, Leah and I decided to ~jio~ Jade out for dinner but it started raining so we just dabao-ed subway and went to Jade's new house!!!!!

saturday 08/09 - went to aunty grace's, came home, ate lunch and had tuition with Linda. Didn't go for service because I had a 54 question worksheet that I had to complete before I had tuition on Sunday, and I only had practically a day to complete it -____- but yes I took 3.5 hours to do majority of the questions.

sunday 09/09 - had tuition at 9 @ mrs tan's because a math p2 was on monday and well yeah went home after and had lunch and took a nap/watched tv shows (i don't actually remember...) but yeah so around 4 I was texting Jade intensely about a cover that just got uploaded and yes after awhile she stopped replying so I started to do my chem tys and I got tired so I went to my room to read a new book and SUDDENLY THE DOOR BELL RINGS AND I'M LIKE WHUUUUUT and then I get out of my room, asking my maid who is at the door and turns out NAS JUSTIN AND JADE ARE OUTSIDE MY DOOR, HOLDING A BOX OF CAKE (the one you see above) yes I was pleasantly surprised because Jade told me she was home and I literally was like :O :O :O AND ALSO NAS BAKED REALLY GOOD COOKIES FOR ME and yesss we spent like 2 hours just sitting around chitchatting. Good times.

'twas a blessed birthday and prelims are over, 32 days to O's!

got tickets to watch the NDP yesterday (thanks to le momma's bestie) and tbh I really enjoyed myself haha I love my country.

                    

Strictly Pancakes and studied with becky and jas today, it was good :-) Haven't spent time with both of them for awhile now so it was fun. Tried the Potato Leeking Cheese at Strictly Pancakes and I wasn't exactly wow-ed by them because it was pretty average and I had high expectations but the sautéed mushrooms were amazing. Will go back, probably will try the chocolate pancakes (idk what the fancy name is but yes)

Also, I have been addicted to Jane by Design. It is now my favourite TV show, beating 90210 + Gossip Girl!!!!

however I've decided what I want this birthday (be it family/presents/whatever)

1 -  for my grandma to feel better

as of 2012 her health hasn't been great, staying in the hospital for the whole of March, and recently her back has been giving her problems and she frequently gets dizzy spells + she puked suddenly the other day.

2 - to be a better daughter/granddaughter/sister/niece/cousin/friend

been very frustrated lately and haven't been treating anyone how they should be treated.
truly grateful for everyone for tolerating my annoying, whiny, rude self and my horrible attitude, especially my mom.

and something I decided just yesterday, a Nook tablet so I can download PDF/EPUB versions of books instead going out to buy books + I can watch videos, listen to music, etc. Mainly just for me to read because my phone's screen is pretty small.

thought through and realized that the first two will make me incredibly happy but the tablet is probably more practical, because my uke obsession will probably die down in max 3 years and maybe my film camera want won't die down but I have enough cameras.........WHICH IS WHY I REALLY WANT THE NOOK TABLET SIGH.

most importantly I want my family to remain happy and blessed.

P.S. i wrote this post on the 23rd of July, because I'd probably be studying for Prelims on my birthday.
